How Can Your Customers Love You for Your PC?

How do I love thee, let me count the ways… Is this what your customers are saying about you?

Your PC is not the tube and tower on your desk, it's the Process Controls that make your business run smoothly and with minimal items falling through the cracks. They are the factors that keep you running on all cylinders, making your organization the best it can be and everything your customers want from you.

The first thing you must do is identify the points of contact where your customers meet and are affected by your company. Some points of the first layer of contact include:

• Sales
• Customer Service
• Shipping
• Returns/Quality
• Accounting - A/R

These areas of your business, where your customers physically connect with your employees, should garner the biggest focus for process control in order to provide the best interface to your customers. The second layer of customer contact will occur where they receive and use the product or service that you offer.

The products and services are the heart of your organization and should have your customers wanting more and sharing their love with others. The process controls are the templates and safety nets that allow your products and services to look and feel their best, over and over - quality and consistency is what everyone wants.

How's your PC today?
