Chris Neffinger has 20 years of experience in Program Controls and Earned Value Management consulting. He is well-versed in all areas of project and program business analysis, cost and schedule tracking, proposal development, subcontractor management, and the implementation of Earned Value Management Systems. Chris has a proven track record of successfully managing complex program control initiatives. He has led consulting teams across multiple projects and also served as the primary client interface for such teams. His experience includes supporting several programs for major defense contractors, including BAE Systems, Raytheon, General Atomics, and others. In support of these clients, Chris has gained extensive experience across the entire program management lifecycle, including proposal development, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), DCMA Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs), Schedule Risk Analyses (SRAs), and IPMR/IPMDAR submittals. Chris currently resides in Beverly, Massachusetts, and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Gordon College. He is also a member of the NDIA New England Chapter and has contributed to the development of key industry guides, including the NDIA PASEG and the GAO Scheduling Assessment Guide.
