Janay Bloch

Manager – Southwestern Region, CP Recruiting, EVMS SME, DOE

Ms. Bloch has over 25 years of experience in Project Management with both Industry and Government specializing in Program Planning and Scheduling with an emphasis in Earned Value Management. As a Manager at ClearPlan Consulting, she provides on-site Program Planning and Scheduling consulting services for industry in all phases of project management, as well as developing and delivering EVMS training.

She was an active member in DCMA’s EVMS Compliance Pilot Project to transform the Department of Defense (DOD) EVMS compliance evaluation process while working for the EVMS Center at Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) using its data-driven compliance approach. She has also participated on the DOE data-driven approach at the EVMS Surveillance Review for Bechtel National Inc (BNI) in Richland, Washington.   Ms. Bloch is heavily involved in the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) and College of Performance Management (CPM) for Integrated Program Management on behalf of ClearPlan Consulting.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and was certified in Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).  Ms. Bloch has proven cross-functional leadership with strong relationship management skills to build effective teams to achieve collaboration toward implementation of solutions.  She is a catalyst for business process analysis / redesign with demonstrated ability to identify internal/external customer needs and provide appropriate services.
