Lana Thompson

Manager – Eastern Region, CP Marketing

Lana Thompson is a demonstrated Program Management and Controls SME guiding large, complex program implementations. Her strengths include process, configuration and change control, risk management, agile, proposal strategy and development, metrics/reporting, gap assessments, operations and planning.  She is committed to providing the right solutions to each and every program environment.   

Lana has held various past positions as IT Director with Arrowhead, coding over 200 programs to automate the business, to VP of Operations, successfully managing the planning, scheduling, resource management, suppliers and finances, and also the VP of Program Management Solutions where Lana supported clients such as Lockheed Martin, NASA, U.S. Army, Dept of Commerce, HHS, and NIH.   

As a Manager at ClearPlan, Lana is primarily focused on the Northeast region and is also responsible for ClearPlan’s Marketing and Social Media strategy.    

Lana earned her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from La Roche University where she was also 4-year starter and co-captain on the Women’s Volleyball team. 

Lana holds a triple concentration MBA from Case Western Reserve University - Weatherhead School of Management and currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA.
