Scott DeWitt brings over seven years of consulting experience and nearly two decades of expertise in Program Management and Program Planning across the DoD, Aerospace, and Commercial Energy sectors. His technical strengths span program architecture and planning, Earned Value Management, program and subcontract management, policy and compliance, process development and optimization, risk management, Agile development, and competitive program capture. Scott's expertise has been applied at the individual program level, across product portfolios, and within large corporate enterprises. He has supported all phases of the product lifecycle, with a focus on product development. Known for his complex problem-solving abilities and systems engineering approach to program management, Scott is passionate about driving performance and controlling risk for ClearPlan clients. He has provided direct consulting services to organizations including Lockheed Martin, Cobham, BAE Systems, L3, and EO Vista. His contributions - both direct and indirect - span a wide range of high-impact programs such as Future Combat Systems (FCS), Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM), Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV), Assault Amphibious Vehicle (AAV), Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Missile, electronic warfare systems, Head of State aircraft retrofit, Link 16 Tactical Data Links, and numerous aircraft platforms including the F-35, F-22, F-16, and C-130. He also contributed to the GridStar Flow Coordination Chemistry Flow Battery project and various classified programs. Before transitioning to consulting, Scott held multiple Program Planning and Program Management roles of increasing responsibility at Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control and Lockheed Martin Energy. Scott holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Colorado School of Mines (School of Engineering) and an MBA with an emphasis in Engineering and Technology from Texas State University.
